How do I add a picture whe nthey are talking? Like when it says their name Instead I wanna put a pciture of their face ...

Open it in RMXP,

Copy SDK (standard development Kit) script and ADVANCED TEXT MESSAGING script into your game

use this to call the faceset (which needs to be in the Pictures folder of your graphics.

\f[the filename of the picture goes here]

all face graphics need to be 96x96 and be places in the Pictures folder.
