Drinking is stupid altogether, but I suppose you've justified that drinking to get drunk is more logical than drinking casually. I can't see why you'd want to get drunk (I'm high on life; I know that sounds stupid, but it's true). On the other hand, drinking enough to get drunk would harm you more than casually drinking (most likely) and if you're drunk then you have an increased chance of doing something stupid, getting in an accident, etc.; it's just not a smart thing to do, especially if you can't handle it and you're out and will have to drive yourself home or something. The liver can only filter like 5 oz. of alcohol an hour or something that won't harm you so anything more than that is contributing to that sorosed liver you may have eventually, etc.
In short, neither are really smart and they end up depending on the person and situation, but overall kids, don't do it; it could end up taking away the life of you or someone you love and you can have fun without alcohol anyways .
God, that sounds cheesy, but it's the truth.
