Dead Games

A thought on how to improve the completed games section.

Users have the ability to flag a game as dead, as in the download link is no longer available.

If flagged as dead it is removed from the games list and visible in a list of dead games instead.

Users also have the ability to remove this flag. Anybody can add, anybody can remove, the flag.

- Two separate users must flag a game as dead to remove it from the list
- Only one must remove the flag to have it show again

Possibly have moderator approval to remove.

Or, would a certified tag be better, combined with a backup system? So games are tagged if a dl is available, and backed up in case they go down?
