Hi guys, I'm Farah, and I decided to join this forum out of boredom since I've been lurking for about a year.
As far as gamemaking goes, I'm not really active in that sense, I do use gamemaker from time to time, and I have RMXP on my computer. I first discovered this scene when I was really bored and thought HEY LET'S MAKE AN RPG so I looked for RPG maker(I was like 12, so yeah) and voila I found a forum dedicated to it(gamingw). I found that it didn't host the software since apparently it was illegal(being 12 and immature I got really excited in the sense of WOW ILLEGAL I AM MORE AWESOME THAN ALL PEOPLE) and got rm2k3. I've only ever made 2 games, a really bad rm2k3 game, and a space shooter which I started released a demo(this was in gamemaker) but I never finished as the computer that I made it on was ~5 years old and my parents threw it away. At this point I got really bored again(yes I do this a lot) and decided to try and use RMXP, but since it focused heavily on graphics, I decided to leave it as a taboo. I first found this forum a year ago, I'm not actually sure as to how I found it though. So, here I am today, joining this community as another place to post my rants and FFCCIƆƆƆƆ(yes that is a valid roman numeral, it's called an apostrophus, it says 15,000 if anyone is curious).
As for my real life, I am from Somalia, born in England and practise Islam. Io shit am 15 years old, I live in Aston, Birmingham and I attend school(no shit sherlock). I am an avid writer when I have inspiration(I am currently devoid of it :sad: ). I play guitar from time to time, I also played clarinet for a year so I'm semi decent at that, and I also played saxophone for a few months - but as saxophone is pretty much exactly the same as clarinet apart from being 100X cooler and jazzy. I like to play any sport as long as I am running around(not stuff like cricket or baseball, also ironically american football since it's a watered down version of rugby), but I play football and badminton the most, albeit not being very good at both sports. I like to listen to most kinds of music, my favorite bands being probably porcupine tree, kamelot, red hot chilli peppers, the who and vakill.
