Every time I try to use the script (specifically for the absorb skill) I get this error. That script has not been altered in any way, and I have no other scripts in the game. Is there any way I can fix this?

That error was caused on your part, Some of the skill effects are not 'plug and play' and must be setup within the script to work, If you have checked the last script in the demo it tells you which skills effects need some extra information in order to work correctly (also see FAQ)
 
Hey sephiroth, I have a countdown system(I made it by myself), I can post it here if u want.

PS. the countdown I am saying is a Doom status.

Nah you can keep it.

Next update (whenever that is), I'll try to build upon the number of skill effects in the demo, so keep em coming (although I haven't gotten any new requests in a very long time)

It's just an idea, maybe a skill like the '"Equipment" Divestment' or 'Full Divestment'. These skills would put more challenge and/or annoyance to an enemy ^^.

PS. I am sure u know these skills, but for those that doesn't, The Divestment skills unequip all or just 1 of the target's equipments(Armors, weapons and shield).
 
Trickster, I have a request. I was wondering if you could make an effect that the damage would be divided equally between the enemies. (ex a 900 damage attack would be 300 damage each for 3 enemies)

Sounds interesting, Its like giving a monster a Strip attack where it throws all you equipment off and sends it to the inventory (or keeps it until the end of battle, or maybe even forever!. The skill would pretty much lower all the stats on an enemy since they don't have equipment.
 
Equipment Divestment would be more fair in games where players have the option of requipting in battle.

I'd like to see skills that move statuses, suchas as a skill that gives target(s) user's statuses, a skill that gives user target(s) statuses, and a skill that swaps statuses.
 
I keep getting a 'stack level is too deep' error from the edit to classes script at the end of the party's turn. I havce the newest demo, so I dont exactly know whats wrong..help?

nope, If you wouldn't had said what that skill was I wouldn't know what you were talking about.
This would be easy, but if I wrote it, the unequiping part wouldn't be compatible with G777 Multi-Equip script

Requests:
can you throw in a "throw" script - much like various FF games that allows the caster to throw and discard a weapon from the inventory, dealing the weapons attack + base attack, i think... i'm actually not sure how the formular for damage on the "throw" commands are done...
i had one throw script but it was incompatible with this script, i'm not sure why, but i lost it when i had to reboot the comp so i can't even look at it to see why

also, i may have misread the faq and the skill lists but i don't think this is there so i'll just request it - no harm in that right? heh...
an attack that does damage based on how much damage received in battle by target, cost equals said amount
Monster attacks player for 10 damage 3 times, so this attack if used by player to the same monster would be 30 damage, and would damage the player further by 30 damage, thus reseting the number. if player is unable to pay the HP (if let's say player had only 27 damage) it would either fail, not be usable, or only do up to max allowed HP (in this case damage monster for 27, and then deal 27 to the caster).

if i made a mistake, or this isn't explained well, jus lemme know.
 
Hum, Is this script compatible with SDK? And in the demo, the first strike skill doesn't makes the user attack first, for some reason that i don't know. Anyway, this is a very good script.
 
If your using a custom battle system, that skill might not work. (IE. The RTAB since everything use a RTAB Bar instead of the default battle system)
