The story was like what? Two lines long?!, No character, environments or plot development. Not even basic concept art, no storyboard.
Ugh...

Since when have MMOs had plot development?

And even characters play teensy minor roles.  I still don't know any major characters in World Of Warcraft and I played it for a year and a half.

The fact that you can play online in no way excuses him from actually putting something in the damned game, or even in the thread. WoW has a lush, vast, ever-changing world full of bloodsucking quests that take at least an hour to complete. People put their kids through college making sure that WoW and most other MMOs remain addictive. You can have your very own character created from many, many, many different parts. A game made in RMXP can't realistically provide an experience quite like WoW, partially due to graphical restrictions.

This thread, this game, has no legs to stand on. It's a sad, wriggling worm on a hot sidewalk. We've been given nothing to expect of this game save for empty screencaps and a lot of whining.

Yeah, but I was just saying that a story isn't really what he's missing. 

It's just everything else.
