Hi I am trying a new game out, on the RPG maker 2000, but its not allowing me to play it. I have downloaded English RTP, the game comes up with this message "konnte die datei nicht öffnen" which means could not open file. I have searched the internet for a solution, I tried to run combatibility mode and see if that worked, and it didn't, I also tried to run as administrator, which also didn't work. Im kinda stumped. And I really wanna play this game, any one got any ideas?

-I forgot to mention my system is Windows 7.
