ALso with anyone with dial-up, WTF are you doing with dial-up? If you can afford a computer that has windows XP on it, you should be able to get atleast DSL.

What the hell are you talking about?  Internet Connection has nothing to do with Operating System.  Also, dial-up is the only thikn available in some areas.
