He's saying that to make a sprite sheet longer into doing what you asked won't happen as they need a precise hit point and it varies how long it takes to travel to an enemy therefore on some enemies it will hit then run back but then others it will do it too earlier or two late. If you understand me?
 
If using my BattleStatus Mod script (in the demo) then there's a switch in the config section.

Otherwise, in the RTAB system, you'll look for anything that has a 'back_opacity' of 160... window related... and change 'em from 160 to 255.
 
At the very bottom of the BattleStat Mod script... see that 'CASE' block? It controls the opacity of the command window.

Since you have three choices in the 'config' section, I made three options for the actor_command_window's opacity in that 'case' block.

Change the back_opacity over there.

Opened: GAHHH!!!! I removed the 'Characterset' folder by accident.

Beginning access to AOL File manager to re-upload with the charsets for Clive and me... should be ready by 10:45... at the latest... :yes:

EDIT: Make that 10:50pm... done (10:54? my clock's slow?)

But, that's really just a minor 'glamor' touch. Removing my avatar sprite and clive would fix it. Mine shows the usage of Momomo's Demon Picture Book, and Clive talks about the 'bar scripts' available and so on.
 
Check the Animated Battlers - Enhanced post. That script is there, and as that script is updated more often (by me)... The 1st page has a number of links at the bottom for some by our intrepid artists.

Hell Heck, I've even used The Charas Project, to make RM2K3 battlers that can work with the animation script. You can even use characterset graphics for battlers if you set up that script right.

This...is a very newbie question, but how do you reposition the battlers and enemies with this script? I'm not using animated battlers at this time.

RTAB is still a frontview system, even with all the bells and whistles added into the script. The Enemies are positioned with the TROOPS database like normal, and the Actor Battlers center themselves automatically along the bottom. The Battlestatus window follows suit and lines itself up with the battlers.

it would be much helpful if you can tell whats on that line, and other scripts you have, and how the error came up to be (not that i can fix it) but makes it much easier for others to fix it for ya
 
Could be a conflict with something editing the anime or the @_animation values in SPRITE class itself. I found that using Selwyn/Squall's Final Fantasy-styled damage display caused that same problem. If you're using that, an RTAB version is available.

There also is another problem, in the RTAB demo, when you use an item to heal someone, the game crashes Via Line 3062

Just saw the post and ran a few tests. There's a problem with Item usage in the Limit Break script (which I thought I addressed... drat!). I'm posting my reply in the Limit Break script as well.

EDIT:

The Limit Break bug has been squashed. You can get the newer 1.3 script in the Limit Break topic.
 
Hey I found something watch this

Set the Ghosts or whatever enemies to Always Use Skills
now in battle select the attack command or use a skill
watch the help window when an enemy uses a skill
This is when @active is set to 3

And you thought I was going to start a war or something shame on you if you did I can still do nice things :)

sorry to be a little annoying but, I have another problem. I am making a final fantasy game. So I have X-Potion (Which heals all Health) when you use it or any other healing item The Character's Status is "Death" but the enemies are still attack him/her. AND IT DOESN'T EVEN SWITCH TO 'GAME OVER' I banged my head for hours on the computer screen trying to fix it. SO PLEASE HELP!
