Proj. Blademasters - New poll (26/05/2008)

I would like to apply as a Mapper. I can sprite somewhat, and I am very experienced in Rpg Maker XP. I've used every Rpg Maker so far, except VX. Which I will be getting it soon enough. For examples of my mapping go to these links listed below.

I can do a full Beta Test, and do harsh bug reports as you wish too I'm not very good at dialog, but I'm okay. I wouldn't recommend me doing any of the story either.:P

I'm sorry I will have to retract my offer. I've gotten myself in more than I can handle, currently working on my own game and being a mapper for two others. However, I can still be a consult! Good luck with your game, I will be watching closely.

Sorry for the lack of updates.

Scripts are going along, getting the whole system set up right now. Item and Status menus are ready, i'm missing some stuff, but eventually i'll have these done soon, by my wonderful scripters.

I'll update staff list as well. If I spoke to you but haven't put you on the list, tell me.

Zack is actually the oldest character I have created, I made him stand out a lot in the story as he has lived for ages. He looks like he's about 19, but in fact he's about 100 or more years old, i dunno how old he'll be on the story, but he was around when the war began.

Zack isn't from FF7. I'm quite familiar with the series, and the name was thought of already before I saw the actual FF7 Zack. I guess it might seem like a stupid coincidence, but believe me this has nothing to do with FF7.

At first I thought this would hurt  my upcoming game because someone is beating me to the whole "Norse myths", but this actually looks original enough! Sry 4 da late post, great work. BTW, interesting idea. You've just combined the 2 greatest things in a world...

That is famous from none other than Blizzard Corporation, the guys who made World of Warcraft...
It is a Blademaster character from WC3 if I recall, don't remember if they are in 2 or not.

If you talk like that to people who are helping you, don't expect help back, that is very rude. Why not PM them and get more contact information that just "I'm online on the forum, and you are too, lets converse"
I could never sit there and wait for people to come on the forums, cause 90% of the time they have better things to do than sit on the forums and wait for me as I would so dubiously do myself.

Personally, I think your game would suit better to have something original. Because you can't take one portion of Japanese culture/language and combine it with Norse. Instead, why not create something completely unique. Brainstorm a few ideas, take a few you like, try combining them, and see what you can come up with, I guarantee you're bound to find atleast 1 or even 2 or 3 you like. This is exactly how I decided a lot of world places in my game, so you can take it as advice from me to you to help some.

Sorry I've been absent this month. Just to update on some stuff: I might have someone sprite for me, since people add me to MSN and never talk to me again, much less catch them online ever again.

Also, I am working out some new stuff for the story. But for now, I won't update the main post. I'm working on a short story to present at a contest, so I might be away for some more time XD.
