poll: violence and gore

General, which isn't good but w/e;

When playing a game what is the maximum amount of violence you expect / are happy to see? Would seeing blood put you off a game? Do you prefer cartoon analogies, where you don't actually see the violence happen?

I love violence and gore... the more the better for me, lol.

Blood and guts and splorting headshots it is then.

It's not a question of watching someone die. You kill an ant, and that would be explicit on their scale with our emotions.

It depends on the type of game.

If you're going for a scary/spooky type of game, then the blood and death is going to intensify that.

If it's not that genre, then seeing people bleeding seems out of place. Blood afterwards is fine. But I prefer not to see people injured in general, so that's just my opinion.
