While i am as pleased as anyone about Hilton going back to jail, i disagree with the people who say they would for example give her a full year of something.

What annoys me most is the way that people with fame and money often think that the law doesn't apply to them, and in this case she's had a rude awakening. I think a lot of the time the prison service doesn't work, but from her obvious distress in those photos i think it may be in this case. So what if its cruel to put her back in in that state, prison is supposed to teach you a lesson, not be a walk in the park.

Sadly though i have a feeling that once the initial euphoria when she finally finishes her sentence goes, she will probably slip back into her old ways again.

TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton suffers from extreme Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and claustrophobia, and these conditions may have triggered the Sheriff's decision to spring her from Lynwood Jail last week.

We're told Hilton is taking Adderall for her ADD -- which is costing the state a pretty penny. Although our sources were not specific, we're told Hilton was not receiving all of her medications at Lynwood. As a result, Hilton was having severe panic attacks in jail. There were times she was so debilitated, she could not push the panic button in her cell.

As for how she's doing, she's depressed but not really crying. She has a pencil and a pad of paper and she's spending her time writing down her thoughts. We're also told she's losing weight -- although she's no Nicole Richie.

The entire paparazzi nation turned up at the entrance of Twin Towers Correctional Facility today to cover visitation day -- one of two days during the week when Paris Hilton is allowed to spend free time with two people. This time, Paris' parents, Rick and Kathy, made the trip -- and all hell broke loose!

The photo-happy crowd swarmed the Hiltons, who were surrounded by uniformed, gun-toting officers as they attempted to leave the building. While Rick stayed silent while people fired question after Paris-related question, Kathy chatted it up with the snappers, and told TMZ's camera, "It is what it is."

Paris' next set of visitors will be allowed on Sunday. Expect the circus to return as well.

Erm, yeah I guess I went a slight bit off the handle -_- I dunno, I don't actually wish her dead, I wouldn't be able to wish anyone dead (but anyways), but it's things like this that undermines everything, that she can get away with/get off lightly from things an average joe like us would get screwed for, I mean my uncle's done something similar, and he served 18months for it, so how she gets only 45 days baffles me, and actually enrages me.

The judge interrupted several times to say that he had received a call last Wednesday from an undersheriff informing him that Hilton had a medical condition and that he would submit papers to the judge to consider. He said the papers never arrived.

Every few minutes, the judge would interrupt proceedings, state the time on the clock, and note that the papers still had not arrived.

I guess the judge was far more annoyed by this than any poster here. No wonder though, it was his ruling that got compromised. Alas, it seems people are still trying to refer to undocumented medical conditions despite the judge making clear he cares nothing for it.

Driving on a suspended license. She had a charge of DUI, which is how her license got suspended.
