I am so in on this, just had a brainwave and luckily had a pen next to me. Already got a storyline, characters, heirachy, wars, tales, and quite the plot. Just doing some character designs now, wow contests really inspire me!

RMXV is too much mb for my computer, otherwise I would participate in this contest.
Another reason why I can't is because we are currently working on 2 games and there is not room for a 3rd one. But I wish.

Of course you can post for feedback, as long as you don't release any demos or anything. Screenshots, storyline, etc are all fine if you're looking for criticism, but you can't actually release anything until all of the games are released at once for the contest.

Aim for two if you want. We want the game's story and gameplay to be planned out enough to cover a four-hour time span. Maybe that clarifies it a bit more.

It looks good, I will try to finish a 4 hour game. The only bad thing for me is: "Proper spelling and grammar (English only!)"...

2 questions:
- All kinds of resources and resources types(Audio, graphics, and scripts) are usable?(Except copyrighted ones, of course)
- The game must be open-source, or it can be encrypted?

This contest seems very interesting, and the prize is definitely worthwhile. I may end up entering. I have a story in mind, it's an old thing, but nothing has been done for it RMXP wise.

The only thing stopping me is that I just KNOW anything I submit will be crap. The only way I could win is by default, if nobody else finishes That, and if I don't get it done on time, I'll look bad.

The only thing for me is that I suck at getting scripts together, so a game I make won't be all that unique gameplay wise.  I can write and design maps just fine (not GREAT, but decently), but it's getting all the systems set up and so they work properly that would make me lose.

I'll still try it maybe.
