i could be wrong, but i dont think you need to dress up the arrows on the window outline.. and the markers(pointers) are a little in your face... you could change the arrows into being another shape for customisation instead of changing the colours... try drawing what you want it to look like on a piece of paper first, then you have a visual idea of what it looks like (only if you wanna change the shape :S)
