This is going to be the title screen for the game.

I dont really like the style of the text. It doesnt really seem to fit with the background in my opinion, i'd advise changing the colour too. However other than that it looks great.

Looks a lot cleaner, though I'm not completely sold on your font choice. I think a serif font like Bookman or TimesNewRoman would suit the overall feel of the image and work with the romannumerals on the clock face, or at least a less modern looking font.

BTW: If you don't have too many decorative fonts at your disposal, you might want to check out Blambot's free fonts for something you like. "Thirteen O'Clock" is a nice one as is "Detectives Inc" and either might work with what you're aiming for.
