My first tileset - castle interior edit...

Well, I got this ready now, so I'd like to get some comments about it. I know, it's just an RTP edit with some sideview furniture and large mirror by ccoa, but still... what do you like?

Credits about sideview furniture and the big mirror to ccoa!

Pretty good for what it is; does what it sets out to do excellently. I could see myself using it as an alternative to the standard castle.

The carpet, however, should be a different blue to match the other blues you have going there. You might consider darkening the chairs a touch as well.

You're right... I just copied the carpet from snow town interior tileset and left it otherwise untouched. Maybe I should do something to it...

Check the lower-left corner... THe lamp on top of the table, you placed it too high that it almost sticks with the table with books and quill...

Hmm... As I see, it is just fine there. I tested the tileset in action and there was no problem with the table lamp...

This would be great for a game with a war based story line. Like Conquering all Kingdoms and Expanding your kingdom to the ends of the world. The Ultimate Monarchy. wow.... >_> I just thought that up. lol.

Hmmm... I like the additional tiles but I'm not a big fan of the blue recolouring. The long mirror, sideways bookshelves etc are pretty good though.

That blue recoloring creates some kind of cold effect for the tileset, so I think this would fit to norther castles. I personally wouldn't like to live in place like this, but that's not always bad for game. Maybe the owner of this castle is a cold-hearted man, who likes no one but himself...

Very nice, I like it a lot I would use it for a alterntive to the castle set I have.
