issue with event command ''play movie''

I wanna be able to stop the video anytime while watching. for some reason
once the video is being played, you have to watch it until its over. is there a way to skip? or cancel the video
if u don't wanna watch it.

im not seeing the option anywhere to cancel please help thanks

how do I call a video and have it play. and be able to close it during play
