[Icons] I need a little help

Ok, so here's the thing, do you see the little starhttp://img248.imageshack.us/img248/4112/starzl1.jpg[/IMG] like Icon? well i wanna change it to mine.

(note: i have an icon fileof a sword i want to replace the http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/4112/starzl1.jpg[/IMG] with)

I believe that actually violates the terms of use. One way you could do it is make a shortcut to game.exe, make game.exe invisible, and make the shortcut with the icon you want. I don't think this method violates the terms of use.

No, ImmuneEntity. This does not violate the EULA. there is a program called RESHACK and with it you can change the icon of basically any program. To find it, just search Google.
Make sure that the file you want to use for the other icon is a .ico file though.

I am pretty sure that I have read that it violates the EULA, but I could be wrong, because what I read could be wrong...

The EULA only says you can't edit the actual coding or whatever of RMXP itself. It says nothing about the icon...

You can. Just save the image files as (image name).ico.

Use google and search up icon maker. Sure enough you'll find one. Some of the icon making programs have an "open from image" option which comes in handy. Use that and save it as .ico

Yeah, you're probably going to end up having to pay for the program though. With the free demos you'll most likely get a watermark.
