Half Kaizer Tileset Template

So, i'm looking for the Half Kaizer Tileset template, the one that had various object templates like walls, windows, doors, tables, etc. So far my Google-Fu has been unsuccessful (I remember finding it easily with a quick search some time ago). If anybody has it around, i would be very grateful
