Basically he just copy+pasted a script that's been around for years.

And yes, this auto-forces RMXP into full screen mode.

Actually this only presses the Alt+Enter combination on the start. When you're in full screen, and press F12 it'll go back to windowed mode.
Anyway, I don't think a discussion is required here since it really "been around for years"
