Cut-in for RTAB

Detailed Description:
Show a picture for a few seconds BEFORE the skill animation begins.
Different characters using same skill should have different cut-in.
should be something like this
when skill 1
when chara 1
showpic skill_1_chara_1
when chara 2
showpic skill_1_chara_2
when skill 2
when chara 1
showpic skill_2_chara_1
...
