Hey, i'm currently working on a commercial game as a school project for Small Business class.
I was given permission to use some resources but there were some resources that i couldn't ask for if i can use them and it was mostly Yings icons and Whitecats.
I was wondering if someone knew if i can use whitecats icons. He says something about it at the top of his material page but the google translator doesn't translate grammer that very good.

Also, there is a couple of commercial games out there already who uses yings icons. Some to mention are Dawns Light 1 & 2 and Lilly and Sasha. I was wondering if it is legal to use yings icons because he doesn't mention anything about commercial use and his topic has been closed for a long time and many commercial games use his icons.
