Actor RTP emotions Facesets

The parts you edited don't match the shading elsewhere on the face, especially around the eyes when you edited them closed; you have them surrounded by sharp-edged circles of light. There are also stray pixels around that betray the edits, such as where the first guy's pasted-on mouth meets the outline of his face, and most of the mouth lines you added are weird-looking (too sharp/pixelated or something). In general, just go over it again and look for inconsistencies, because there are a lot of small things that need to be fixed.

on top of that, the smiles on the bottom-left frames in the first and third pictures start at too sharp an angle to the face. it looks like they're trying to chew something and the second picture, second frame from the left in the bottom row, looks a little ridiculous -- I had to stare at it for a while before I got that they were supposed to be tears.

I think the main problem is that your edits don't blend in with the original face. The face is sleek, smooth and crisp, while your edits are a bit pixelly and sharp, contrasting the face. If you want it to blend in more, try studying how the pixels are done on the original face sets and see if maybe you can try to get that smooth look.

The angles on some of the mouths are a bit odd too. The last two faces of the last face set is a good example of the awkward angle. Curve the mouth so it's more horizontal. It looks a bit odd having it like that.

I think this idea is not that bad, but as Perihelion said, shading is Really weird.
If you did more work, It wouldn't have that shitty shape.
Also mouths are too sharp(pixelerated). It doesn't match with a soft face chip.

Expression is shitty as hell.
Eyes never changes. it just have closed and open, two types.
your fachips only have expression on mouth, and you fucked up on eye.
you didn't thinked whatever eye poses in each expression.
Example )

in 1st row, 2nd col,his mouth is laughing, but his eyes are still frowning.
in 2nd row, 2nd col, just sweat on his face shows he's in confusion.

This one is really horrible.
it have worst shades I ever seen. I mean mouth and closed eyes looks like it have came
from another world!

It is also looks shoddy because outlines are cracked.
It means you might edited this with a tool that cannot read alpha channel,
or you get somewhat wrong origin. have you edited this with MS Paint?
if you are, you have REALLY messed up.

see this image and know how outlines look like..

Finally, this is shoddy to use in game.
But don't be frustrated. I am not saying this to give you such a big stress or anger.
read this and try to know what problem is, and try to do better next time.

I hope I could see better Face next time. Keep it up.
