Translation:
This is completely a new script, doesn't base on the old tax script.
Features:
+ Increase items' prices randomly each time you visit the shop.
+ Prevent multiple visit to have a cheap price
-> After 3 times players visit shop ($dup >3 ) , tax will increase 30%
-> If you want random mode, you must transport to other maps until $dup < 3
